Support requests should be made through the SORBS Support System. Note: You do NOT need register an account to use it, registration just saves typing in your details each time you want to use it.

Using the ISP-Support alias infers you are an ISP, each ISP should have an ASN, if you do not submit your ASN in the message it will be deleted automatically.

Submitting Support requests to the Transfer request alias will ensure you do not get a reply.
